The image we have of the Argentine professional is that of a hard-working coach, who finds no excuses and who can also have a good working partnership with Pablo Escobar (head of the minor divisions of the FBF), who he directed when he was in Cerro Porteño, said the newspaper La Razón de La Paz.

Costas will have four months to prepare Bolivia for a new one qualification for the 2026 World Cup Although Conmebol has not yet made official the first date to qualify for the Canada-Mexico-United States World Cup, it will be in March next year.

It is likely that Escobar will direct Bolivia’s friendlies next September as Costas will dedicate himself to respecting the agreement with Palestino, who will play against Colo Colo on Sunday.
