If we think about the sporting life of Diego Armando Maradona, is arguably the most iconic match against England in the 1986 World Cup in Mexico, with two of the most legendary and famous goals in football history. That meeting also led to a starring episode Queen Elizabeth II years after.

Just last year marked the 35th anniversary of that milestone: first “The Hand of God” and then “the Cosmic Kite”, the best in history and immortalized by Víctor Hugo Morales in his story.

For Argentina it was not just another victory: the 2-1 final for the team led by Carlos Salvador with which they reached the semifinals was a kind of “revenge” at a time when the defeat in the War of the 1982 Falklands was very present.
