The request was presented for damages reported by the heirs relating to the production of jackets that the Napoli players used and that had Maradona’s face stamped with a drawing by the architect Giuseppe Klain.

Up to six thousand of these shirts were sold for 150 euros each, then it was a profit of around one million euros for Napoli, even if € 22,500 went to Stefano Ceci, who sold him the marketing license.
