The organization of the Argentine Cup announced this Thursday a change of plans for the respective matches to be played River Plate, Boca Juniors and Indipendente next Wednesday for the quarter-finals of the competition. It is no small crossover, because if they win the Millionaire and the Xeneize, they will meet in the semifinals of the supplementary race.

Through the official social networks of the organizers, it was indicated that in the first round on Wednesday, Independiente will play against Talleres, of Córdoba, at the Centenario stadium, of Club Sarmiento, in Resistencia, Chaco. The game ran from the original time of 14:00 to 16:00.

That of River Plate with Patronato, of Paraná, has been changed from 17:30 to 19:00, which will be held at the Carlos Augusto Mercado Luna stadium, in La Rioja.

Meanwhile, the Boca Juniors match against Quilmes has been delayed by half an hour, from 21:30 to 22:00, at the Malvinas Argentinas stadium in Mendoza.

All the matches will be broadcast by the TyC Sports signal and the reason for the change of program would be mainly due to the fact that the first between the ‘reds’ of Avellaneda and the ‘T Cordoba’ was scheduled for an inconvenient time (14) , in one working day and with the possible high temperature in the region.

The fourth meeting of this instance has not changed: it will be Tuesday from 16:00 when they will face each other Banfield and Godoy Cruz de Mendoza.
