Desjardins’s AccèsD service on “general loss”

Millions of people were denied access to their online bank accounts starting before 10 am on Monday on Desjardins’ AccèsD website, victims of “massive loss.”

Internet users trying to connect online since this morning are experiencing an error message indicating that the page is can’t find.

On Twitter, the Desjardins account (@DesjardinsCoop) responded to Internet users who raised connection problems:
