The rat has a tail allowing the wrist to rest. It can also add a thumb rest (interchangeable for left or right hand) making it look like a traditional mouse. It is also designed to facilitate the addition of 3D printed accessories.

Microsoft has also announced its easy-to-press buttons, which, once programmed, can perform complex keyboard shortcuts. 3D printed accessories are also easy to add.

The latest device presented by Microsoft, the Hub, is in the form of a rectangular block used as a base consisting of several ports and buttons. Among them, there are three USB-C sockets, and a Bluetooth button that is easily pressed and identified by pressing. It can serve as a gateway between buttons, laptop and phone, for example.

The goal is to enable people who have difficulty using a traditional mouse and keyboard to create their perfect setup, increase their productivity and use their favorite applications more efficientlymentioned the company.

Microsoft won’t stop there: the company also announced the opening of a new inclusive technology lab, to continue the work of inclusivity.
