The absence for the second consecutive year of the American video game fair Electronic Entertainment Expo, known worldwide for E3, opened the game to bring out other events at center stage. The central event, the Summer Game Fest, will take place on Thursday 9 June starting at 3pm in Argentina. Fans will be able to follow all the news from the official YouTube and Twitch channels of the show.
The event presented by Geoff Keighley (The Game Awards) will reveal video games from PlayStation, Xbox, Capcom, Square Enix, Activision, Bandai Namco and many more. Specifically, there will be a multitude of presentations that will show what will happen in the coming months and years, both on Switch consoles, PlayStation, Xbox, PC and mobile.
“We have a couple of new video game announcements and luckily, if all goes as planned, a few more surprises. But it will definitely be a show focused on titles that have already been announced previously,” the communicator advanced.
But the Summer Game Fest 2022 is not just an isolated event, as PlayStation usually does with State of Play or Nintendo with its Direct. This is the beginning of a series of broadcasts that concentrate a large part of the global gamer audience that becomes much more relevant without the presence of E3.

Netflix Fanatics Week

the event of Netflix mixes with the Summer Game Fest for a presentation of the company’s video games and game-based series. It will be Friday 10 June from 14:00.

Microsoft companies have been very close to Keighley events in recent years and this one is no exception.
The console will display upcoming games from Xbox Game Studios (Fable, Avowed) and Bethesda Softworks (Starfield, Redfall) in an event that will last about an hour and a half.
There are also exclusive titles for PC, Xbox Series, Xbox One and Xbox Cloud Gaming; in addition to the third-party titles and the announcement of the next titles that will arrive on Game Pass.
