To resolve the doubts related to the Single Electronic Ticketing System Service (SUBE), which coordinates the distribution and sale of the plastic transport card, a new communication channel is added through WhatsApp. It is a chatbot called SALII.
To find out the balance and find out where to buy a new card, you will need to enter your phone, as if it were any contact, the number +5491166777823. The same attends the consultations from Monday to Friday between 8 and 20 hours.
Specific requests can also be made via e-mail by writing to the address [email protected].
To access the options simply type ‘Hello‘via Whatsapp, to which SUBi responds with a menu that allows you to register your personal card on the Mi SUBE network.
The option system offered by SUBE.
By entering you can recover the balance in case of loss, see the movements, receive information from public transport or report a SUBE Point.
Therefore, the options displayed in the menu are:
- sign me up
- My SUBE number has been deleted.
- Unsubscribe from my SUBE. Check your balance.
- I don’t remember my SUBE password.
- I had a problem.
- Other requests.
Many of the actions, such as canceling the SUBE and checking the balance, require validation through the sixteen numbers that identify each card.
If someone has lost their card and wants to buy a new one, the bot offers the option to do so access a map by province and locality where you can see all the places to get the plastic.
Even when you are informed that there has been a problem, you can know the available stock so don’t waste time. In this same option you can report that a company has charged a more expensive card, which is currently being sold at the official price of 90 pesos.
There are currently 11,800,000 active cards and 12,500,000 daily uses in 45 districts of the country. But the main flow is the AMBA where there are – according to official data – about 4,300,000 passengers who use buses, trains and / or subways every day.
What is a chatbot
Digital assistants for mobile phones and computers.
At the most basic level of the standard, as indicated by Oracle, there is a chatbot a computer program which simulates and processes human conversations (written or spoken), allowing humans to interact with digital devices as if they were communicating with a real person.
These assistants can be as simple as rudimentary programs that answer simple questions with a one-line answer, or as sophisticated as digital assistants that can learn and evolve to offer ever greater levels of personalization as they gather and process information.
The most advanced are the chatbots based on artificial intelligence, with automatic rules, natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML), which are able to process data to offer answers to requests of all kinds.
These programs increase operational efficiency and reduce costs for businesses, while providing greater convenience and services for internal employees and external customers. They allow companies to easily solve many types of customer questions and problems, while reducing the need for human interaction.
