LGBTQ+ businesses will be able to appear on Google, in the United States

The American giant Google has announced the addition of a new label on the Maps and Search applications which makes it possible to identify a company as belonging to people who are members of the LGBTQ+ community. However, this feature is only available for US companies.

This type of identification is not new. Other options are available, in the United States only, to identify businesses that are owned by women, black people, Latinos or former members of the military.

There are also labels identifying companies as being LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safespace
