Thanks to these precautions, users of these services can have full confidence in the person who will solve them. Depanneo also makes sure of this by contacting 50-70% of the victims by phone after one of its employees has passed through. With a 96% satisfaction rate, MesDepanneurs.fr is helping to “restore the image of craftsmanship”, as Yasmine Amri, director of the company’s craft department, greets it.
