Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4: in the continuity of its elders

We take the same and start again. For the Galaxy Z 4 Flip, Samsung was content with an update. With a clamshell format and a 6.7-inch folding screen, the design of the smartphone follows the main lines of its previous version. However, it is lighter, stronger, waterproof and also much more customizable than its predecessor by offering many shortcuts.

Equipped with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, the latest generation chip from Qualcomm, one of the most powerful on the market, the Flip 4 erases one of the main defects of its predecessor by having better autonomy and a faster charging system of 15 watt to 25 watt

For the photo, there is no revolution: Samsung retains the two 12-megapixel photo modules, as well as the 10-megapixel selfie camera from the previous version. Available in three colors (graphite, rose gold, lavender), the Flip 4 will be marketed on August 26 for a price of 1,110 to 1,290 euros depending on the chosen storage capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4: improvements on the sidelines

Without revolutionizing the range, the new gondola head for smartphones from the Korean brand corrects certain shortcomings of its predecessor. By taking up the design of the Fold 3, the Fold 4 still manages to be lighter and stronger than this.

The main novelty of this high-end smartphone that can be converted into a tablet lies in its processor: Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, which allows it to obtain excellent performance in use and be more energy efficient.

Another great novelty: the photographic component with the integration of a 50 megapixel main sensor, inspired by the Galaxy S22, for a much better definition than the 12 megapixels of the Z Fold 3. The Fold 4 will be available on August 26 for a price affordable. ranging from 1,800 to 2,160 euros depending on the chosen storage capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 and 5 Pro: reinforced solidity and autonomy

Samsung’s new range of connected watches has new features and improved autonomy. According to the South Korean manufacturer, the battery of the Watch 5 can give you a range of up to 80 hours. That’s double the previous version.

The main differences between the classic version and the Pro version are in the size of their respective screens; the second iteration offers a slightly wider case; and different materials that give them great strength: aluminum and titanium for the Watch 5 and titanium with sapphire crystal for the Pro version.

As for the design, these new watches have a similar design to the Galaxy Watch 4. The Watch 5 costs between 300 and 380 euros and the Watch 5 Pro between 470 and 520 euros.

Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro: audio quality on the rise

As with previous products, few changes in the design of the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. This new model of wireless headphones, which is positioned in the high-end segment, shows as its main novelty the integration of a brand new Bluetooth audio codec which promises better audio quality. Samsung is also aiming for improved customizable active noise reduction. The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are available at a price of 230 euros.
