An engaged couple had to spend their honeymoon at a hospital in Sydney, Australia, after dislodging the groom’s shoulder while performing a choreography in his wife’s honor.

Adam and Helen Quinn formalized their relationship on March 6 after they had to reschedule their wedding four times due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

At the long-awaited ceremony, Adam decided to surprise the bride by performing a humorous dance in front of the guests and singing a song by a metalcore band called Parkway Drive.

A team recording the wedding recorded the moment Adam ran, slipped and fell, using his arm for support and injuring himself.

In an interview with the British Daily Mail, the man said, “I was singing a classic love song, I thought it was very romantic. But then my shoulder fell off.”

“He looked like a ghost to me. He said he thought he broke his arm. We basically went out the back door,” Adam’s wife told Australian channel 7News.

The groom, who was taken to the hospital on a stretcher, was given sedatives to fix his shoulder.

Hellen, who greeted the situation with a humorous attitude, published a photo of Hellen, who spent the night in the hospital with her husband, dressed as a bride and hugging her, soothed and taken in bed. In the title of the post, the bride was joked “In sickness and in health.”

Six months later, the man fully recovered from his wound.
