Zelensky says world ‘must act to stop Russia’s nuclear threat’

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accused Russia of starting to “prepare” its citizens for the possible use of nuclear weapons amid the war between the two countries. The Ukrainian leader said the world “must take action” to stop the Russian nuclear threat.
