Rodeo bull escapes from North Carolina corral

A rodeo bull escaped from the corral Wednesday morning (5) in Stanley County, North Carolina (USA).

According to the United Press International website, the bull remains free around the city to this day.

Norwood Police said the bull was brown and very aggressive. The animal, which weighs about 317 kilograms, broke through the wall of the barn it was in and escaped from the city. He was not participating in any rodeo during the escape.

Authorities urged citizens who saw the animal to get in touch so they could get it back.

Police also say that no one should approach if they find the animal to prevent the bull from harming anyone.

Police chief James Wilson said there was a team of out-of-town professionals trying to locate the bull.
