Authorities said Monday that police were looking for a suspect in the shooting that killed three and injured two on a Virginia college campus.

The University of Virginia’s (UVA) main campus in Charlottesville was cordoned off as police searched for a man deemed “armed and dangerous” by helicopters, UVA’s Office of Emergency Management tweeted.

The Idaho State Police are investigating a separate incident Monday in which four students were found dead at a home near another university campus. Authorities believe they died brutally.
