Biden says missile targeting Poland ‘unlikely’ to be fired from Russia

President of the United States Joe Biden said this Wednesday (in Brazil on Tuesday night 16) they will find out “exactly what happened” in Poland after meeting with allied leaders, but he added that preliminary information shows that this is happening. It is “unlikely” that the missile that hit the country was fired “from Russia”.

“The missile is unlikely to be fired from Russia,” given its trajectory, Biden told reporters on the Indonesian island of Bali, where G20 leaders held a summit.

“I’ll make sure we find out exactly what happened,” he added.

Shortly before the meeting, there was a few seconds broadcast by the White House showing Biden next to French President Emmanuel Macron; German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, European Union President Ursula von der Leyen and other politicians.
