British Tony Garnett made headlines earlier this year by leaving his wife for refugee Sofia Karkadym. The unexpected couple broke up in October, but now he has come to Ukraine to seek a second chance in their relationship and has taken her back to his country.

According to the Daily Mail’s report, the 30-year-old man said that the 22-year-old Ukrainian had problems with drunkenness, and this may have been the reason for the end of the novel.

But three months after kicking Sofia out of their apartment, she decides to return to war-torn Ukraine to rekindle their love and meet her family.

“I think we can make it. She’s a very attractive woman and she always has interesting things to talk about. I went to Ukraine and brought her back. It wasn’t a good place to be,” said Tony.

Tony flew to Poland, got on a bus to cross the Ukrainian border, and drove to a village with Sofia and her family a few hours from Lviv.

After spending a few happy weeks with his family and grandmother, the couple has returned to England and will live in Yorkshire.

Tony and Sofia’s four-month relationship came to a dramatic end in September, when a series of alcohol-intensive fights escalated and Sofia stabbed a knife into the wall of her Bradford rental.

He was allegedly arrested and taken away by the police, who warned him not to return to the property.

Tony claimed that his drinking and jealousy of his two daughters fueled their arguments.

Sofia returned to Ukraine as her refugee status was about to expire. At the time of the breakup, Tony classified their relationship as a “big mistake”.

But now he said he “missed her” and noticed that his girlfriend’s contact with alcohol was decreasing.

“He promised me he would never touch alcohol again, and he hasn’t touched a drink since the day I went to Ukraine to see him. He hasn’t returned to Yorkshire either,” he told the newspaper.

the beginning of the novel

The security guard fell in love with Sofia, who was welcomed at her home in Bradford, England, after fleeing her hometown of Lviv in western Ukraine in May.

According to The Sun, after the repercussions of the case, Soffia defended herself and said she wasn’t “home-breaking” because she was accused.

So he left his 10-year marriage to Lorna Garnett. Four months later, she reported to the Mail Online newspaper that she had received an apology from her ex.

Although Lorna admits that she still has feelings for her ex, she has stated that she has no intention of continuing the relationship but has forgiven him for her behavior.

“I love him, I respect him, he’s the father of our beautiful daughters. We’ll always be friends and be the best fathers we can be to our daughters, but I’ll be happy for him if he gets a decent new relationship.” said.
