December is a special month; perhaps the most special of the year. And not just because one cycle ends and another begins, but also because it’s Christmas month.
And yes, this is a celebration that enforces a spirit of family reunion, love, and celebration. It’s a time when positive feelings flow naturally.
For this reason it is very important that before Christmas our Home It is free and cleansed of negative energies and charges.
Believe it or break out, both the good and the bad get “stuck” on furniture, walls and corners, which determines that it is important to put into practice rituals that will help us get this celebration without bad vibes.
Salt ritual to “cleanse” environments of negative vibrations
Before Christmas Eve, it is essential to get all that is dark and negative out of our homes. And for that, the salt it is the right object
On the morning of December 23rd we placed ourselves a handful of coarse salt in each corner of the house and behind the main entrance door. One day later, on the morning of the 24th, we sweep all that salt from inside the door.
When all the salt is at the entrance, we collect it and throw it into a pot or place with earth. Once finished, we light a white candle.
Energy purification ritual with flower water
Even on December 23 we get ready flower water and let it rest. As did? Boil a sprig of lavender, two roses, a chamomile, a few bay leaves and a cinnamon stick in a liter of water. After ten minutes, we leave it in the container for 24 hours.
On the morning of December 24th we put the preparation in a spray container and sprayed the liquid in every corner of the house; in all rooms except the bathroom.
Once finished, we light a white candle.
Sahumo of myrrh, incense and eucalyptus
During the morning of December 24, we prepare a sahumo di frankincense, myrrh and eucalyptus leavesto clean the environment.
First we close all the windows and doors in the house and open the wardrobes. Then, we light a charcoal and put frankincense, myrrh and eucalyptus on it.
We go through every environment with the sahumo, stopping above all in the corners and turning the container clockwise.
Once it was done we let it burn behind the front door. We open the windows to ventilate well and close the wardrobes. When it goes out, we throw it into a pot or place with earth.
Lemon and vinegar ritual
Another way to prepare our house is to clean with a mixture of water, lemon (which cuts negativity) and vinegar (which purifies energy).
On the morning of the 24th, after having cleaned all the rooms well, we ended up passing this preparation on all the floors. Once done, we pour the preparation into a place with earth and light a white candle to complete the lighting of the house.
