The Lord of the Rings trilogy is titanic. You may like it more or less, but the product offers, by definition, a true cinematic spectacle.

Great battles, many characters, a cast full of stars, Oscars, good stories, important novels behind it. Books and movies lack for nothing.

But in the 180 minutes running The Fellowship of the Ring, the first of three films Peter Jackson released in 2001, 2002 and 2003, not everything could be perfect.

Very attentive viewers were able to clarify a little mistake in a scene remembered starring fraud (Elijah Wood) Y Sam (Sean Astin).

As a game, we will not advance anything. We suggest you find the error before seeing the solution. We will only confirm that in the box below, if you pay attention, can be perceived:

Did you see it? The flaw is more visible than you think.

The smoke in the top left of the frame shouldn’t have been there. Jackson stated that what is seen is the product of a car that just passed by the place where the scene was filming.

The bug could be seen in theaters, but not on the DVD release. For the home edition of The Lord of the Rings, the production corrected the oversight by making it look like smoke was coming from a chimney.

The curiosity recognized by the production can be seen in the extra contents of the DVD version of the film.

the rings of power

Amazon Prime Video premiered this year The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, the highly anticipated (and very expensive) series based on the work of JRR Tolkien.

The 8 episodes can be seen on the platform from 1 September.

The plot revolves around a group of characters who are faced with the resurgence of evil in Middle-earth thousands of years before the events of the first three films.

The rings of power add to the already existing productions in Tolkien’s work. Among the main ones are the aforementioned three Jackson films and the three The Hobbitreleased years after the original trilogy.
