Google honors the classic bubble tea with an interactive doodle

Google presents a new scribble complimentary to Bubble tea emoji. This is the tea drink that originated in Taiwan and has become popular all over the world. With this interactive doodle, Google helps create the delicious drink by combining all the ingredients.

This brew is famous for its bubble tea pearls, which are usually made from tapioca starch, but can also contain other added ingredients, like guar gum, to give the balls their texture, texture, and color.

How to prepare a delicious Bubble Tea

ingredients

  • 1 cup of black tea
  • 1 tablespoon of condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 handfuls of tapioca pearls
  • 1 and a half glasses of water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of crushed ice

Preparation

  1. ​​Cook the tapioca pearls together with the water and boil them for ten minutes.
  2. Leave to cool and in the meantime prepare the black tea.
  3. Prepare a thick syrup with half a glass of water and half of the sugar.
  4. Use a preferably transparent glass, add the milk and ice and place the balls. Shake carefully until everything comes together.
