Banksy has appeared again: Valentine’s Day mural, featuring a woman putting a man in a freezer

British urban artist Banksy On Tuesday she unveiled her latest work of street art in the UK, which highlights domestic violence against women to coincide with Valentine’s Day.

The mural, which appeared on a wall in seaside resort of margatein southeast England, it depicts a 1950s-style housewife with a black eye and a chipped tooth, appearing to push a man into an old freezer.

The mysterious Banksy, whose true identity remains unknownposted three images of her latest work — which she titled “Valentine’s Mask” — on her Instagram account.

Several internet users have identified the location where the work was carried out, the presence of which has been confirmed by AFP.

Three years ago, the original artist of Bristol Councilwho works under a pseudonym, had already painted a work for Valentine’s Day: a girl shoot a catapult at a bouquet of red flowers.

Since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Banksy, of which works break newspaper records at auctionssupported the Ukrainians. In January, he put 50 screenprints up for sale to raise money for civilians.

And in mid-November, he posted a video on his Instagram account where he collected his paintings in Ukraine, including one of a person with gas mask in Hostómelthus confirming that he is the author.

The work was done on a street mural, which the artist placed in front of an old freezer to complete his work. A few hours after their work was published internationally through the networks, the staff of the Margate Commune removed the old freezer leaving the work in halfwhich generated complaints from local residents.
