To some people jealousy can come to dominate them and “forcing” them to do crazy things. And some of that was seen on a cruise, during a magician’s show. And true to these times, someone filmed and uploaded the video to social media, where it went viral.
The magician, who is called Ben Murphy and is Australian, performed in the theater of the cruise Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas when, as they usually do, chose a volunteer from the audience participate in a trick.
And a woman approached who, happy, put herself under the orders of the illusionist. She was doing well, the audience cheered the magic act, but someone in the audience was not very happy with the situation.
It happened that at a certain point in the act, during one of the tricks, the conjurer put a card in her mouth and another in the woman’s mouth and they stood face to faceinches away, and then everything rotted away.
A man from the audience, the woman’s husband, burst onto the stage and, as if it were a rugby match, he leapt at the wizard and did it a terrible tackle and began to beat him.
In an instant, the magician was lying on the stage floor while the woman was trying to calm her partner as the audience erupted in a unanimous gasp at the incident.
Since then, images of the crowd have circulated on social media, and Murphy himself has uploaded a series of posts about the attack to his Facebook accounts. instagram AND Tick tock
In a TikTok video, which since amassed nearly 7 million viewsMurphy shared the strange encounter with his fans.
The magician captioned the clip: “My Raid Aboard Ship”.
The artist has since said he was not contacted for a statement until a week after the attack.
Presumably, Murphy was told this the delay was due to lack of witnessesdespite crowd footage from the evening showing what appeared to be a sold out show.
The rest of the caption reads: ‘Entertainment, comedy and magic They are NOT contact sports“.
“To this guest should not have been allowed to enjoy the rest of your cruise,” concluded the wizard angrily.
A second post titled “Part 2” shows the man in question leaving the stage as he is booed by the crowd. Murphy revealed that he “somehow” he was able to finish his presentation despite the attack.
An audience member who claimed to have watched the entire “act” from the fourth row observed: “The man’s behavior changed the moment he stepped onto the stage. You should definitely do more.”
