A video of a collegiate ice hockey player throwing a disabled wheelchair down a flight of stairs in a bar has been released and is under fire.

According to CNN on the 16th (local time), the son of a North American Ice Hockey League (NHL) team executive and college player known as a famous professional sport threw a disabled wheelchair from the stairs on the second floor of a bar in Erie, Pennsylvania to the first floor stairs.

According to reports, the man is known as Carson Brier, a student at Mercyhurst University and an ice hockey player. Carson Breer is the son of NHL legend Daniel Breer (44). Daniel, a former North American professional ice hockey player who debuted in 1996, recorded 116 points in 124 games and was remembered by fans as the best player in NHL history. He won four gold medals at the World Championships as a member of the Canadian national team. He also served as general manager of the current NHL Philadelphia Flyers club following his official retirement in 2015.

North American fans are outraged by the outrageous behavior of Carson Brier, the son of a legendary former professional ice hockey player.

At the time, the closed circuit (CC) TV video released through social media Twitter recorded 30 million views. An angry netizen commented, “Apologizing is not enough. He needs to realize what he did wrong and change his behavior.”

At the time, the disabled wheelchair owner went down to the first floor to go to the bathroom. Carson chuckled along with the crowd and tossed the wheelchair down the stairs.

According to CNN, the wheelchair owner, a female student, was known to be in great shock.

Carson and his team have issued an official apology. In his apology, Carson said, “There is no excuse for my careless behavior.”

Meanwhile, the Department of Athletics at Mercyhurst University suspended three students involved in the incident and said it would conduct its own investigation.
