Referring to an “escape” from the New York State Attorney’s office for the borough of Manhattan, Trump, who hopes to run for the White House again in 2024, wrote in all caps: “REPUBLIC CANDIDATE AND FORMER US PRESIDENT D ‘AMERICA AMERICA, YOU WILL BE ARRESTED TUESDAY NEXT WEEK”.

Trump has urged his followers to protest against what is generating tension in the United States, especially after the tragic events that took place on January 6, 2021, when the Capitol was stormed by fans of the Republican tycoon.

No timeline has been publicly announced for covert grand jury work on the case, including any potential vote on whether or not the former president will be indicted.

Stormy Daniels reportedly received a $130,000 bribe for not disclosing details of an affair she was having with Trump.

Days ago, US prosecutors met with Stormy Daniels before deciding whether to indict former President Donald Trump over a bribe paid to the porn actress before the 2016 election, the woman’s attorney said.

If the Manhattan attorney charges Trump, the 76-year-old tycoon would become the first former president to be charged with a felony and could jeopardize his chances of being the Republican nominee in the 2024 election.

The investigation focuses on a $130,000 payment made before the 2016 election to prevent Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, from revealing the affair she claims she had with Trump years earlier and which the former president denies .

The actress’ attorney, Clark Brewster, said on Twitter that her client had met with investigators at the request of the district attorney’s office.

“Stormy answered questions and agreed to make himself available as a witness or, if needed, for future investigations,” Brewster said.
