A disturbing video from a security camera captured the murder of a young man on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach. It is the second fatal shooting to occur during spring break, spring break in the United States.

The shooter then fled the scene. Miami Beach Police later identified the suspect as Dontavio Leonard Polka 24-year-old from Fort Lauderdale.
Polk was arrested Sunday night on first-degree murder charges.
Two days earlier, another man had been shot and killed in the same area.
Police found four weapons at the scene and arrested one person, but did not provide further details.
The violence led the city to impose a curfew on Sunday night, banning tourists and South Beach revelers from being outside between 11:59 p.m. and 6 a.m. on Mondays.

According to the rules, people have to leave the shops at midnight. Hotels can stay open late to serve their customers, but restaurants can only deliver after midnight.
