This film was released two years after the end of the military dictatorship. Directed by Louis Puenzo, the plot follows a teacher during the last months of the de facto government and her desperate quest to find out who the mother of her adopted daughter is. In 2017 the Public TV has launched a series that depicts a large part of 1970s Argentine history, but seen through the eyes of a family: the Martinez. The starting point is in 1974 with the death of Juan Domingo Perón, but it also shows the coup d’état of 1976, the first march of the Mothers of the Plaza de Mayo (1977) and the War of the Malvinas. It goes up to 1983, when democracy is recovered.

With Nicholas Cabre AND Malena Solda in the lead roles, the series consists of 71 episodes and can be seen on Cablevisión Flow.

This Oscar-nominated film tells the Trial alle Giunta from the point of view of the prosecutors Julius Caesar Strassera AND Luis Moreno Ocampo, who called for justice for crimes against humanity perpetrated during the dictatorship. It is directed by Santiago Mitra and protagonist Ricardo Darin and Peter Lanzani. It can be seen on Amazon Prime Video.
