Daily life in big cities is full of noise. That’s why more and more people try to get away from the cities to lead a life with greater tranquility and silence.

Some specialists have studied the positive effects what can you have reduce the amount of noise in the routine and spend more time in silence. This doesn’t mean moving to the country or anything like that, but rather find a time of day to fine-tune the constant sounds and relax.

Finally, an analysis by the University of Pavia in Italy concluded that just two minutes of absolute silence may be more beneficial for reduces stress than listening to music. This is attributed to changes in blood pressure and its circulation to the brain.
