The indictment of the former president

After the negotiations, the attorney paid Stormy Daniels $130,000 out of his own pocket under a confidentiality agreement signed on October 28, under the pseudonyms “Peggy Peterson” and “David Dennison”.

Trump was elected and months passed without anything happening, until Wall Street Journal disclosed the transaction in January 2018.

Early on, Cohen covered for the president and assured that he would never be repaid. Meanwhile Stormy Daniels appeared on television just smiling.

However, the porn star has been asking the court since March to cancel the confidentiality agreement and has started going to the media and nudist clubs on a tour called “Make America Horny Again”. , alluding to Trump’s campaign slogan: “Make America Great Again.”

In October, Daniels released an autobiography titled “Full Disclosure,” in which she says her night with Trump was “the least impressive” of her life and describes her sex unflatteringly.

The judicial front for Donald Trump

Beyond the damage to his image, and the coldness that Melania seems to show him, the situation has worsened on a judicial level for Trump.

Under investigation for fraud in several cases, attorney Cohen has agreed to cooperate with the authorities. In August 2018, he admitted making the payment to the porn actress “at Trump’s request.”

Meanwhile, former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani, who joined the Republican tycoon’s legal team, has been talking too much while admitting live on Fox that the Trump organization reimbursed Cohen for the money.

Trump was forced to admit it, but claimed on Twitter that he had not used “campaign money”. In a four-year trial, the former president refused to testify before New York prosecutors and accused them of having “indicted a completely innocent person”.
