According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Zaparova, who is visiting India for four days, consults with the Indian side on bilateral relations, the situation in Ukraine, and international issues.

Although India took the chair of the G20 this year, it shows a passive attitude toward Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, a long-time friend, and instead focuses on a diplomatic solution by expanding Russian crude oil imports.
