During the friendship schedule between the two leaders, President Biden gave President Yoon, whose hobby is baseball, a baseball with National Park, the home of the Washington Nationals in the US professional baseball major league, and a glass box containing a golden leather baseball with the seal of the US President as a gift. .

Jill Biden presented Ms. Kim with a blue sapphire necklace designed by Korean-American jeweler Jenny Kwon. The presidential office added that blue sapphire is the national stone of the United States and the birthstone for September, the first lady’s birthday.

At the state dinner, President Biden presented a guitar signed by President Yoon’s favorite singer Don McLean, and a photo album featuring President Yoon and his wife in Washington DC for 3 nights and 4 days before leaving Washington.

Gifts from Vice President Kamala Harris and Secretary of State Tony Blincoln, who had a state luncheon together, were also unveiled.

Vice President Harris and his wife presented a booklet containing Korean recipes that harmonize with American culture, as well as kitchen utensils such as aprons, trays, and glass cups. This symbolizes President Yoon’s interest in cooking and the couple’s harmonious daily life, while reflecting the high popularity of Korean food in the United States.
