Florida apartments for rent: where has it gone up and down in price?

The tenants of the south florida have been affected by a sharp increase in rents of apartments. The more than double-digit increases have been reflected in recent months, complicating the search for stays for students and families from the middle to the lower class.

Zumper, an apartment listing company, has released a report to analyze the increase of the different Florida city in April and shown from cheapest to most expensive. In March, the median for a room was $1,685.

The increases in South Florida almost reach 30 percent among the largest cities in Miami-Dale, Broward and Palm Beach counties over the previous year.

The report launched by Zumper shows the increase of a single room in the cities of Hialeahof a 28.8 percent; In Hollywood 24.2 percent and in Lake Worth and Sunrise from 17.2 percent; being one of the biggest increases since last year.

While Hollywood and Hialeah’s increases are one of the most dramatic, rental prices in the region aren’t among the highest. Sunny Isles beach wins, with flats of A bedroom only at US$2,900. Then they follow him Key West at $2,890 and Miami at $2,840.

THE cheaper cities rent are Miami Gardenswith a monthly income of $1,520. Other options are Lauderhill at $1,530 and Tamarac at $1,640.

North Miami Beach, Pompano Beach and Sunny Isles Beach recorded annual increases of 16 percent, while in Miami they reached 8 percent.
