The Ukrainian Football League ended during the occupation of Russian troops in Ukraine. The participating clubs have also determined that the 2021-22 season will not be champions.

“The Ukrainian Premier League football clubs supported the proposal of the VBET League to end the 2021/22 season, because the Championship could not be completed due to the extension of the martial law status in Ukraine,” the organizers of the competition said.
