The man was patient. He waited for his perfect revenge for a double betrayal. That of his fiancée, his future wife, and that of his best friend, who, of course, was the best man at the wedding.
He had long since discovered that his sweetheart and lifelong friend, they were in a secret relationship but he said nothing. She kept it. Instead, he went ahead with the wedding plans as if nothing had happened.
And when the big day came, what would have been the celebration of their love, the man and his girlfriend finally got married. The ceremony went on normally but he had his revenge ready.
It was time for the speeches, when all the guests were already at their respective tables. The man he took the microphone in front of everyonewhich included friends and relatives of both, and set in motion his plan to humiliate them.
The story was revealed by Georgia Mitchell, a wedding planner who has a quite popular podcast on the social network TikTok called The unfiltered bride.
“Instead of leaving his fiancée after he found out she was cheating on him with his best man, the groom she decided to go ahead with the wedding before dropping big news and display them to friends and family on the big day,” Mitchell said.
“They got married. It was a beautiful ceremony and there was refreshments: they sat down and ate. Then the talks came after the meal. The father of the bride was the first to speak her mind,” Mitchell said.
“The groom stands up and says ‘just before we start I would like to show you something, envelopes are arriving at your tables now. Please open them. Yes, those are photos of the bride having sex with the best man. so now I go.'”
“Then he drops the mic and walks away, along with his entire family who already knew what that man was going to become. Because they wanted the bride to pay for the food“.
“AS, the bride’s family had to pay for everything. Karma is shit. Karma sucks, best man too!” added the wedding planner.
Many people took to the comment section to react to the story and some applauded the groom for his conspiracy. “Life is about time!! What a legend!” commented one.
Another added: “Imagine the other guests sitting there like, ‘so… there will still be cake or…'” while a third wrote: “My jaw dropped. My God!”.
Another admitted: “I don’t blame him at all! I would do the same“.
One user asked, “But if they’re at the reception giving speeches then they already had the ceremony and he married her…” another replied, “I guess they can easily cancel it because of the infidelity test.”
