According to YouTube on the 6th, Mr. Beast posted a video titled ‘Building 100 wells in Africa’ on his YouTube channel the day before. The video shows him and two crew members (Nolan and Chandler) installing wells in countries in Africa (Kenya, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Somalia, and Cameroon).

In the video, Mr. Beast said, “If all 100 wells are combined, about 500,000 (African) people will be able to drink clean water.”

The children and residents of the African villages he visited all had to travel long distances to get drinking water. However, the quality of the water that was obtained through great difficulty was so poor that it did not reach the level that people could drink, causing illness.

A local female teacher pointed to a river full of muddy water and said, “Children collect water from here (river),” and added, “They are easily infected with diseases such as diarrhea and typhoid fever, and this is all because of the water they drink.”

Also, some people said that they had to go through a large jungle to get water, or that because it was next to a large river, their bridges got locked during the rainy season and they even lost their lives.

Accordingly, Mr. Beast built wells near places where people live, such as schools and hospitals, to drill into the ground and draw clean groundwater so that people can drink water. And they built strong bridges to help people safely cross the river.

In addition, they visited a school and presented items necessary for children’s education, including the latest computers, beam projectors, whiteboards, hundreds of books, and bicycles.

Lastly, Mr. Beast said, “By spending time in various villages, I learned the importance of installing wells, how to supply water to farms to feed the public, and how to provide a clean environment for hospitals.” He added, “The most important thing is water. “Through this, the next generation’s children can live long, healthy lives and create the future of the community,” he said.

He then asked viewers to raise funds and said, “100% of the funds raised will be used to build more wells around the world like in this video.” He added, “It may seem strange that a YouTuber would do something like this, but someone has to do it. “If no one does it, we will do it.”

This is not the first time Mr. Beast has done good deeds. Previously, Mr. Beast conducted content aimed at public interest, such as visiting and treating 1,000 visually impaired people, treating 1,000 hearing impaired people, planting 20 million trees, and cleaning beaches full of trash.
