Kennedy, a former adult magazine model, claimed in her complaint that the incident occurred the night she first met Rose at a nightclub in Manhattan, New York in 1989. Kennedy was 26 at the time, when she was dragged into her hotel room by Rose. She claimed he forced her to have sex, tied her hands with pantyhose and then raped her.

“At that time, he tried to leave the hotel room, but Rose stopped him, knocked him to the floor and grabbed his hair. “I hope this will help other victims speak out,” she said.

“Rose treated me like a possession for her own sexual pleasure,” Kennedy said. “I went to a nightclub with a friend to meet famous band members. Kennedy said she was at this club chatting with Rose and then she was invited by him to a party held in a hotel suite.

He continued, “As soon as we arrived at the hotel, Rose provided alcohol such as champagne and it was a drug party. “She saw Rose having sex with another model,” she claimed. She also said that after she left Rose’s room, she heard her glass break.

Kennedy said, “After being sexually assaulted by Rose, I suffered from depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). “This trauma has hindered his career,” he said, requesting damages for mental distress and other reasons, and requested a jury trial. On the other hand, Rose’s lawyer said, “This incident did not happen. Rose refuted Kennedy’s claims, saying, “I don’t remember meeting Kennedy.”

Meanwhile, Guns N’ Roses enjoyed great popularity in the late 1980s and early 1990s. They were formed in Los Angeles, USA in 1985, and released their debut album ‘Appetite for Destruction’ in 1987. They boast a huge influence on hard rock fans.
