Brazilian soccer star Neymar, amid controversy over his private life, separated from his wife about two months after the birth of their daughter.
According to local media ‘TMZ’ on the 29th of last month (local time), Neymar and his long-time girlfriend Bruna Biancardi ended their relationship.
Biancardi posted on his SNS in the early morning of the 26th, “This is a private matter, but I am letting you know because I come across news, speculation, and jokes. “I am no longer in a romantic relationship with Neymar.”
He continued, “We are my daughter’s parents, and that is why we have a bond,” and emphasized that speculation and news should stop.
The media speculated that the reason for the couple’s breakup was due to Neymar’s private life issues that were recently revealed.
