Violence in Ecuador: explosions, kidnappings of police officers and escape of a very dangerous criminal

The mayor of Riobamba, John Vinueza, in statements to Radio Pichincha, assured on Tuesday that, after a riot that occurred in that prison, escape of 39 prisoners, including Colón Pico. Noboa warned that he will not “negotiate with terrorists” and that he will not stop “until he restores peace to all Ecuadorians.”
