Based on the book of the same name, the new survival film by JA Bayona (director of The Impossible, a reference of the subgenre) tells the tragedy of the Andes from the point of view of the survivors.
The shocking and bloody plane crash on the mountain range and the subsequent battle against nature of the Uruguayan rugby players are at the center of a narrated story that had already been represented in other fiction (Viven!) or documentaries (Náufragos), but never on the technical level and narrative printed by the Spanish director.
