Little Bear captures drug traffickers: the unusual character protagonist of a dangerous police operation in Peru

The Terna Group of the National Police has dealt a severe blow to the micro-marketing of drugs in the district of San Martín de Porres (SMP), in Lima.

First he offers one of them some chocolates and a heart-shaped balloon and then, when the woman comes down the stairs of the house thinking it’s a surprise, the group springs into action and takes her into custody.
