Practicing a sport always makes the results better, both for gain muscle regarding the well-being of the organism. Sports also helps to exercise the mind and also provides us with tools for social interaction.

Of course, since each sport works different muscles, specialists indicate many of these as useful for increasing muscle mass. The most mentioned when it comes to increasing muscle mass are swimming, boxing, football and martial arts.
