Avatar, The Last Airbender: when and what time does the live-action debut on Netflix

For fans of the 2005 Nickelodeon animated series, it returns Avatar: The Last Airbender to the small screen. After the success of Eiichiro Oda with the live-action One Piece, the new Avatar series is postulated the next big adaptation.

The adaptation was first announced in 2018, inspired by the work of Michele Dante Di Martino AND Bryan Konietzko who also participate in the creative process of this new episode. For this first season, the main cast consists of Gordon Cormier (Aang), Kiawentiio (Katara), Ian Ousley (Sokka), Dallas Liu (Zuko) and others.

Developed by Alberto Kim and directed by Roseanne Liang and Michael Goi, the live-action series will several changes to fix the mistakes of M. Night Shyamalan’s 2010 adaptation.

Avatar Netflix: when and what time does the Aang and Co. series debut.

According to the producers of the series, the new live-action Avatar will premiere Thursday 22 February exclusively from Netflix. Below, we leave you the release schedule, by country, on Netflix:

• UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: 00:00 (Pacific Time – PT)
• Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and El Salvador: 2:00 am
• Colombia, Peru and Ecuador: 3:00 in the morning.
• Venezuela, Bolivia and Puerto Rico: 4:00 in the morning.
• Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay: 5:00 in the morning.
• Spain: 9:00 am

The series will consist of eight chapters lasting one hour each. Furthermore, it is estimated that there may be a second installment.
