Vegetable oils are nothing new. Hundreds of years ago, Egyptians prepared ointments from different plants and used them for the skin of the face and body. Here’s a list of five oils which will help you take care of your skin without using chemicals.
These natural products, in addition to not containing any type of chemical substance as dermatological creams usually have, allow the regeneration of the skin with constant and daily use.
Furthermore, they cost much less than the thousands of creams found in pharmacies and perfumeries.
What are the five oils that take care of your skin?
Natural oils have moisturizing properties. They give the skin a better appearance, maintain its elasticity and smoothness. Although the texture may make you think that they will leave your skin greasy, this is not the case. They nourish it deeply without leaving greasiness.

Its best virtue is the ability to stop tissue degeneration. It is extracted without any use of chemicals, it is an organic product with proven benefits.
Rosehip oil. It is hydrating, regenerating, antioxidant and healing. With constant use, it can reduce wrinkles and revitalize the skin thanks to a component called fibroblast, responsible for the production of collagen and elastin.
Improves skin elasticity and makes it brighter. Specialists explain that this oil increases the flow of oxygen into the skin.
It is also attributed with anti-inflammatory effects and is used for burns and some dermatitis. It’s great to use after a shower, when getting out of the sun at the beach or pool.

You can put it directly on the skin or you can make a mask to apply on the face, leaving it on for 15 minutes and then rinsing with plenty of water. You need to put a large spoonful of chopped avocado, two of whole milk and 30 drops of this vegetable oil in a container.
Jojoba oil. This is highly recommended to take care of facial skin after 40 years, as it contains many antioxidants. To use it as a cleansing milk for your morning and evening routine, mix two tablespoons of natural yogurt, fifteen drops of lemon juice and 30 drops of jojoba oil.
