U.S. President Joe Biden personally met with the family of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who died suddenly while incarcerated in prison, on the 22nd (local time) and comforted them.
The White House announced that President Biden met Navalny’s wife, Yulia Navalnaya, and daughter Dasha Navalnaya somewhere in San Francisco, California, on this day.

Navalny, who had been at the forefront of the anti-Putin front in Russia for a dozen years, was imprisoned in a Siberian prison, and on the 16th it was announced that he had suddenly died.
