This is the sixth consecutive time the Ombudsman has been present at the Fair.
At booth 1605 of the Yellow Pavilion of La Rural property, the Buenos Aires Ombudsman’s Office has built its space to spread its mission and duties, rreceive questions and/or complaints and publicize citizenship rights.
“We are looking for a contact that allows us to meet neighbors, chat, receive queries and complaints and also tell them how the Ombudsman can help them“, they said from the organization headed by María Rosa Muiños.
The stand will display reports, brochures and videos that “help citizens learn how to defend against arbitrariness and irregularities“, they explain.
Activity program
1- Protection: Personal data is yours
Workshop “Data Protection” on protection of personal data on the Internet. It is intended for boys and girls in elementary school. They are every Monday and Wednesday at 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm
2- Sow rights
This workshop is about waste separation at source and composting. It is also aimed at boys and girls in elementary schools. Workshops are every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at exactly 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm
3- The people in the water, respect for the people and the world we live in
Is about a play intended for elementary school boys and girls. There are two performances per day: Thursday and Friday at 3 and 5 p.m.

4- CPR workshop, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid

This is a workshop that takes a historical tour. Addressing Gender Identity Law. Your rights and changes. It is open to the public and goes every Thursday at 7:00 pm
The first children’s story about autism and therapeutic cannabis
Finally, next Sunday 8 at 4 pm there will be a book presentation “Lu, a story of cannabis and autism”, by Cristian Bernachea Modera. It was presented by the Deputy Ombudsman, Arturo Pozzali, and with the Doing Canna Clinic.
Also participating in the presentation: Emilio García, medical specialist in cannabis treatments; Cristian Bernachea, author of the publication; and Mario Sánchez, Illustrator of the work.
