Arrest for dog attack

Officers responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle in the area around 6 pm local time Sunday, police said.

When they arrived at the scene, they found that seven dogs had also attacked some residents in the area. One even sustained minor injuries.

According to records, the man was incarcerated in the Franklin County Jail with no fixed bond.
