Idaho prosecutors said they will seek the death penalty against Lori Vallow, who is accused of killing her two children in Idaho.

Prosecutors for Fremont and Madison counties made the announcement in court papers filed Monday, May 3rd.saying Lori Daybell Vallow would qualify for the death penalty if he is convicted at his trial later this year because the murders were so heinous and made for profit.

Prosecutors also said Lori Vallow Daybell showed “complete disregard for human life” and “showed a tendency to murder.” which is likely to be an ongoing threat to society.

Lori Vallow Daybell’s trial is scheduled for October, and Chad Daybell’s trial is scheduled for next January 2023.
