Hours later terrorist attack at the Crocus town hall Fly which caused at least 133 deaths and more than 100 injuries, the Russian security service (FBS) has released a video of the capture of three suspects and of an alleged improvised interrogation in which one of the men confesses to having paid him 500 thousand rubles (slightly more to $5,000) for opening fire on civilians.
According to Russian media, one of the suspects has been identified as Fariduni Shamsiddin, which entered Russia on March 4 from Türkiye. In the video they ask him: “Did you shoot? Who?”and while they hold him down on the ground and hold him by the hair, he replies: “To the people”. When they ask him why, he answers “for money”.
They immediately make him kneel down and ask him how much he charges. “About half a million rubles. I haven’t received it yet, only half of it. They transferred it to a card for me. We didn’t have time to receive the money,” the prisoner said according to the images released.
Regarding the weapons, he remarks: “They brought them to me. I don’t know who they are, they wrote to me on Telegram without names or surnames.”

Another of the detainees stated that they live in a hostel in Dmitrovka and that, since they had no work, they responded to the call of “a certain Abdullo” who contacted them on Telegram and offered them a lot of money to go and shoot strangers in Moscow.
