The stepfather of two minors abused younger sisters who are now 11 and 13 years old in Pachacutec, Ventanilla, Peru. After the new complaint, the abuser was arrested and in preventive detention, awaiting oral debate. There it was found that he had a criminal record for crimes against sexual integrity.

According to provincial prosecutor Abilio Escobar Quispe, if the abuser is found guilty, he will receive a life sentence.
