Carlos Alvarado, president of Costa Rica, violated all established protocols and in his last hours in office, his song surprised locals and strangers: in a public action singing Soda Stereo songs.
You have to give one favor to the presidential song. It was at the end of his administration, but also in the middle of the presentation of a statue by Gustavo Cerati, in a square in San José.
