One person was killed and three others were injured in southwestern Russia after lawsuits from Ukraine, the Russian governor of the affected region announced on Wednesday.
So far, one person has died, he died in the ambulance, and three were injuredsaid Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov in the Telegram messaging app.
